Our goal at Bishop Construction is to help our clients renovate, repair, or add to their building in a timely manner while saving everyone money. One of our past projects with Werner G. Smith, we proved our ability to save not only the client money but also the other contractors involved. 

At the beginning of the project, we needed a contractor to come in and locate some pipes on the job site. The original estimate was for $1,500. When the company came in, we managed their work with our experience and knowledge, that job only cost the client $640. This was a huge savings for the client that didn’t cut the contractor short. They actually made a better profit on this job than they would have ordinarily.
